My stay at The Funny Lion was filled with unforgettable moments! The private beach access, Papaya Beach, was a true paradise where I could enjoy snorkeling and relax without any crowds. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a delightful blend of local and international cuisine, setting a perfect tone for the day. The staff knew my name from day one, making me feel like part of the family!

Just spent 5 nights at The Funny Lion and it was fantastic! The staff were super accommodating, moving us to a 4th-floor room with an ocean view. Loved the buffet breakfast and dinner with live music. Only downside was the lack of an elevator.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the noisy road outside, which often disturbed our mornings. the bathroom setup was unconventional, with the sink placed in the room rather than the bathing area, which felt awkward. While the staff offered cheerful service, the noise issues made it challenging to fully relax during our stay.

I was blown away by the really good hospitality from the staff! They remembered my family’s names. Especially when they delivered towels and drinks promptly after checking in. It set the tone for our stay.

The location was exactly what we wanted, with easy access to stunning beaches. The complimentary boat transfer to a private beach with excellent facilities truly enhanced our experience. Breakfast options covered both Asian and Western tastes, which was a pleasant surprise.
